Booking
When am I charged?+
Full payment is taken at booking via Stripe. You receive a confirmation email and voucher immediately.
Can I book for a group?+
Yes. For groups over 10, contact us at [email protected] — we'll set up custom pricing and dates.
Do you take phone or email bookings?+
Yes. Email [email protected] or use our contact form — we handle off-platform bookings manually.
Is my deposit refundable?+
Refund policy depends on how far ahead you cancel. See our refund & cancellation page for the full schedule.
Bikes
Do you provide bikes?+
Yes. Day rides include a fitted bike (road, MTB, or e-bike depending on the route). Multi-day packages include daily bike rental.
Can I bring my own bike?+
Absolutely. Let us know in the booking notes — we adjust pricing and provide secure storage at hotels.
What if my bike breaks down on the route?+
Every multi-day package includes a mechanical support van. For day rides, our guides carry essential tools and spares.
Are e-bikes available?+
Yes — on most routes. E-bike supplement is shown at checkout. Daily battery swap is included.
Routes
How do I choose the right route?+
Each route lists distance, elevation, difficulty (1–5), and required fitness level. Use our Find Your Ride quiz on the homepage for a personalized recommendation.
What does 'hand-tested' mean?+
Every route is ridden start-to-finish by our team before we sell it. We verify hotels, route quality, food stops, and the actual ride experience.
Do you offer self-guided trips?+
Yes for most multi-day packages. You ride alone with GPX files, hotel transfers, luggage transport, and 24/7 phone support.
Travel
Are hotels included in packages?+
Yes. Multi-day packages include accommodation (board concept varies — see each package: BB, HB, FB).
Do you transfer luggage between hotels?+
Yes on all multi-day packages — your bag is moved to the next hotel while you ride.
Do I need travel insurance?+
Strongly recommended. We do not include insurance — book separately for medical, baggage, and trip cancellation coverage.
Account
Do I need an account to book?+
Yes — for security and to manage your bookings. Sign-up takes 30 seconds and we never spam you.
How do I download my booking voucher?+
Go to /account/bookings, click your booking, then 'Voucher (PDF)' — use your browser's Save as PDF to download.
How do I delete my account?+
Account → Delete account. We anonymize your data and you'll be signed out immediately. See our privacy policy for details.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices.
Which currencies do you support?+
EUR is our default. USD, GBP, and TRY are shown at checkout — your card is charged in the displayed currency.
Is my card data safe?+
We never see or store your card details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified).
